In order to reduce needle jump by scratch etc., we set the tracking force heavier than genuine Shure’s products. The tracking force for all 4 models is 3.5 – 4.5 g.
This difference of tracking forces between “DJ SERIES” and the other products (including original Shure stylus) might cause troubles such as needle jumping, so please be careful to set the proper tracking force before use.
The AURORA type styli use the material which glows in the dark for the plastic resin part. It allows for enhanced visibility and adds a bit of flair to the DJ booth with a fluorescent stylus.

A classic MM cartridge was previously released by SHURE and the production of this cartridge was discontinued in the summer of 2018.
In response, JICO proceeded with the development of alternate replacement models, the “J44D” and “J44A 7.” These reissue models aim to recreate the characteristics of the original cartridge.
J44D produces a well balanced and solid sound.Generates a broad, smooth sound with a musical audio response and 3D audio image, similar to the specification of the genuine Shure M44G cartridge.
J44A 7 provides a lively, vigorous, and dynamic sound.Reproduces powerful bass frequencies with a smooth, balanced sound, similar to the specification of the genuine Shure M44-7 cartridge.
Replacement styli that are compatible with the genuine Shure cartridges “M44G” and “M44-7”. These styli can also be used interchangeably with JICO’s J44 series cartridges.
The 44 series styli from JICO are designed to have the same specifications as the genuine products from Shure in three aspects:
1) The round shape of the stylus tip
2) The height from the record surface to the base of the cantilever.
3) The angle at which the tip contacts the record surface.
